By downloading or using GritLeanPulse, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SJK & Sons LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Not Medical Advice

GritLeanPulse is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. All content, including AI-generated responses, is for informational purposes only. Always consult your healthcare provider before making changes to your medication, diet, or exercise routine. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read in this app.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

GritLeanPulse offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Billing is managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store your payment information.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You agree to provide accurate health information
You will not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to harm the service
You must be 18 years or older to use this app

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of GritLeanPulse are owned by SJK & Sons LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Third-Party Integrations

GritLeanPulse integrates with third-party services (Withings, Dexcom, Apple Health, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SJK & Sons LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of GritLeanPulse.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States.
